As Sichuan’s autumn wheat-sowing season gets under way in 2026, P2O5 International Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Guizhou Chanhen Chemical Corporation, officially launched its P2O5.com Fertiliser Blending Station and P2O5.com Smart Blending Liquid Fertiliser Demonstration Field on 26 October. The project has been jointly developed with Chengdu Yonghong Agricultural Machinery Cooperative in Shuangliu District, Chengdu.

At the demonstration field, a drone equipped with P2O5.com Smart Blending Liquid Fertiliser, formulated using P2O5.com Fluid Fertiliser Intermediate, efficiently and evenly sprayed the fields from above, followed immediately by rotary tillage. The entire fertilisation process, covering more than one hectare, took just approximately 30 minutes. Fully mechanised and requiring no manual carrying or application, the operation demonstrated a new, more resource- and labour-efficient approach to crop cultivation, bringing the B2F (Business-to-Farm) model of P2O5.com Fluid Fertiliser Intermediate directly to the field.

High-concentration Liquid Basel Fertiliser, Supplied Directly from the P2O5.com Blending Station

The fertiliser applied by drone was supplied by the P2O5.com Fertiliser Blending Station. This high-concentration liquid basel fertiliser is formulated to meet the nutritional requirements of wheat from sowing through to seedling emergence. After emergence, additional nutrients can be supplied through drone application of liquid foliar fertiliser. This can also be combined with crop protection spraying, further improving operational efficiency and reducing labour requirements.

AI-powered Agent Generates “Tailored Nutrient Prescriptions”

The cultivation programme for the demonstration field was generated by the P2O5.com Smart Blending AI Agent (ai.p2o5.com), using soil-testing data to calculate and optimise the fertiliser formulation. By tailoring nutrient applications to soil conditions and enabling precision fertilisation, the project demonstrates the practical implementation of precision agriculture.
